Who We Are

We aren't a family, but we do some pretty cool stuff together. We always cringe when we see other companies touting "WE ARE A FAMILY" because we recognize that nothing replaces the time and care spent with our loved ones. So, we look at it differently; if we are going to be spending 1/3 of our day together, lets create a culture where people enjoy coming in to work. Do we work hard? Absolutely. Do we have high-pressue micromanagers all over the shop floor? Nope. It starts with creating the culture that recognizes craftmanship and inspires safety, quality and delivery. Then it is about finding and hiring the right people to join in that vision. 

When we say 'its our team thats the difference' ... we mean it.
